Where is the Track?
It is a super flowy trail through well forested areas. Very few rocks, but plenty of small drop offs, jumps, berms and tree-lined twisting to keep you on your toes. There are also short sections of double track and forest road allowing ample of passing opportunities. In short: FUN. I've ridden eight or nine ultra endurance tracks around the country and this rates right up there with old Stromlo (burned out in the big Canberra fire) at the top of the fun pile.
Another awesome feature of Tele Point is the addition of a huge amount of waterproofing by trail supremo Kim Francis and his trail crew. There is some conventional trail armouring but more notable are the incredible raised timber trail sections over ground that used to get boggy in wet conditions. Kim is a furniture builder and owns Francis Furniture. I reckon he will sell a few dining settings after you ride his trail art, so here's a link:

Please note, though, less experienced riders may find some of the features challenging and we always recommend pre-riding and a clear self-assessment before undertaking an event of this type.
And if you think this is all just promo babble, go for a ride with Richard Clayderman, Stevie Wonder and Enduro Pulse's Mr. Crummy and check it out:
Here's a map. This will help if you want to pre-ride before the track is marked up. This is the final layout as you will race it - 12km of fun!
And for the data lover, here's a link to the elevations for the same section of the track. Bear in mind, for space reasons, the axes are VERY compressed!:
But you don't have to trust us on this one... the next best thing to riding it right now is HVMTBR TV!
The Telegraph Point venue boasts charging facilities, toilets, showers and free, on-site camping. You can also choose from a huge range of nearby accommodation options, from a simple country pub to five star luxury.
In the staging area/transition there will be plenty of room to set up a tent or a marquee on level, grassy ground.
